We knew as soon as we met Skylar that she was the person we needed to help us with our 4 year old German Shepherd Bear. Even before she met Bear she knew what he struggled with just based on our conversation. Bear struggles with anxiety and lacks confidence. She knew exactly how to handle him when she met him first the first time. I was amazed how well he did with her. Skylar is calm and knowledgeable and absolutely loves the dogs she works with. She gave us the tools we need to continue working with Bear and helping him be the confident, happy boy he deserves to be. Our one year old Aussie/Lab just got home from being with Skylar for two weeks! I can’t say enough good things about our experience with her. She came all the way to our house to do a consultation and answered our millions of questions. She kept us updated throughout the whole two weeks and sent us pics/vids which I loved! She is so knowledgeable and caring. She truly cares about the process of training and not just forcing obedience. We have definitely already noticed improvements with our dog and we also learned so much ourselves. I feel like a better dog owner and I’m more comfortable now taking our dog out in public and working on certain behaviors at home. Skylar is amazing! We did a two week puppy training camp and our 6 month old Golden Retriever is so much better behaved. She is happier and so we are we. She was having some food aggression issues and we made great progress in that area. Skylar is still working with us on that as it is a long term issue. But she’s so helpful and gives us so much information. I feel so much better equipped to work with our pup on a daily basis, not ever having had a puppy before. We also do one day a week with Skylar for doggy daycare where she gets to reinforce her training and have so much playtime with other dogs, including Skylar’s Golden Retriever, Seven. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to do some training or who just needs some doggy daycare. She is very reasonably priced and so good with dogs!

My dog Penny has been going to Skylar’s for some time. She has gone there both for daycare and for boarding. Penny absolutely loves going and as soon as we are close she knows where we are going and gets very excited. Skylar is always very friendly, professional and accommodating. I trust her 100% with my girl.

Skylar has done an amazing job with my puppy Tess a two-year-old Cairn Terrier. Tess loves to go to doggy daycare and spend the day with the other dogs playing outside walking and Skylar, also does some training at that time. Skylar is dependable and also a kind heart and all the dogs just love her.
